I am I: The In-Dweller of Your Heart – Video Trailer  

In this particular post, I hope and trust you will feel the strength, encouragement and joy from the connection within your own heart. Though this is an extract from I am I: The In-Dweller of your Heart entitled ‘Stillness’, it is so relevant as we each make our way through each, day, week and months of our lives.

I can recall an overwhelming feeling of love which seemed to flow in and around me, like a layer of silk enveloping my whole body. By withdrawing into a place of quietness, deep within you, I’m sure that you will also find such peace, being able to sense and feel the truth inside of you too. God Bless. 

When you become ‘still’, you will feel the love that is both you and I flowing through, to, and from all things. Like the blood that flows through your body and veins, I am the life force that enables you to do all the activities of your Soul, helping you to accomplish all that your heart needs to. My breath is the life force and energy of Creation and I am here for all life, all ‘beings’, and for all time.

Know that if I am you and you are me, then we are one. We cannot be divided, separated or broken. We are whole, everything, nothing less and nothing more. This is most felt and understood when you are at your most peaceful and still. By focusing on the inner you, you are focusing on me and then the feeling of realization and self- realization takes place.

In understanding this you will fulfill your goal, your one true goal and dream … into immortality of bliss and perfection, an embrace of pure Love and Light that will captivate and enthrall you, nothing else will or can compare. Everything else is pretense, false and impermanent, which so many believe is the truth when it is not. So to, no one can help another fulfill their own goal, for each and everyone have their own part to play, their own karma (body and action) to unfold.

By becoming ‘still’, an opening arises for each Soul. It is like a doorway through and into darkness emerging into light. Journeys such as this must be taken so that understanding, knowledge, experience and enlightenment can follow. Someone who has the patience and forbearance to continue will know no bounds. The only limit is placed upon oneself, and by your own heart.

When you contemplate and are within pure stillness, everything resonates in time together. Your vibration / energy, light and love connect with me. By being still you receive and also send power, returning it back to me and as such, energy spirals like a beautiful rainbow across time and space, a marvel to see and comprehend. Your love beams, yet also fragments into sparks of an eternal flame from a fire burning within me.

As you sit and wonder, sometimes contemplating all that there is around you, it is the beauty ‘within’ that is forgotten, pushed aside until another day, week, month, or year. Know that time waits for no man, it is an ever lasting river that carries you along, but not to where you truly belong, which is to and with me eternally. So I wait, I wait, and I wait … for I am your shoreline and your rescue. You do not need to send an SOS for I am already here, within you. It is only the recognition of this that helps lead you to your eternal future. 

Hear me. Hear my voice in the daytime, at night time and while you’re asleep. One voice is all that you need to recognize me within the darkness of the impermanent world. My voice is the light, the only light that you can hear and see in eternal truth. When you become still you will know implicitly and simply that these things are true, nothing else and nothing more.

I have said to you before that when you are truly ‘still’ a thousand bells could chime but you would not hear them, instead only me, you and the truth. But, what does one expect? What beauty, what awe-inspiring scene would be sensed by sight, smell, touch, taste, or by hearing it?

Realize that I am the warmth if you were cold. I am the drink that would quench your thirst. I am the light when you are blinded by darkness. I am the land that encircles the ocean of doubt. I am the sky and clouds that drift by watching over you. I am the mountain that you climb in earnest and will eventually reach the peak, standing alone, yet entwined within my heart you’ll be. I am the fragrance of such sweetness from a flower. I am the air that fills your lungs, and I am the touch that caresses your face in a loving embrace. I am everything and everything I am.

Understand this too, that you and I are one, and as such you are ‘God’. It is fact not fiction. I am the ‘In-Dweller’ of your heart and we never part. Your body and all bodies are but golden chariots that carry you upon your journey. Focus then on the ‘inner-ness’ of you, but do not neglect both who and what your chariot is and does.

If you’re a human being, act like one that is true to each and everything else that resides with and around you. Do not succumb to lower senses, but rise above negative energies and situations that can ensnare and encircle those who are unprepared. There is absolutely nothing that you cannot achieve if you have faith in yourself. As spoken before, if you have faith in yourself then you have faith in me. Love yourself and love your ‘self’ (the inner you) and accomplish your destiny.

Do not remain deep seated, deep rooted and struggling, but start to spread your wing of love and light, taking flight into the well of your heart. This ‘well’ is the key to all things and, as it is eternal, you will forever fly with me as I am your other wing to joy and peace.

Do not fear anything while embracing new opportunities that feel right (within you) in your life. In your difficult times I will support, carry and help you all I can. If you are in pain, for whatever reason, think of and focus on me. In your so called happy times of laughter and joy, I will watch you and laugh and feel the joy with you. I am the answer to all your questions, all your queries and all the missing pieces of your life’s jigsaw. When you see me, feel me, and know me, the ‘picture’ will be complete. No more returning of birth and death. No more yearning or despairing. You will not want for anything, for nothing else will be desired or required ever again. 

So be silent, turn within and find your self and me. I am waiting, waiting always for you. I will never leave you for I cannot leave myself. Be ‘still’. Know it, want it, wish and pray for it. Remember; be near and dear for without exception, I am Love and Light, always and forever. Amen.

As stated numerous times before, if you trust in yourself, then you are trusting in me. Having confidence is not something you can buy on a shelf, “I’ll have two jars, packets or bags of that please!” Realize that deep within you are such power, sustenance, and endurance, that all your so-called problems become nothing more than speed bumps upon the highroad of your life.

With true endeavor, the cocoon of complacency can be broken. You can break free from the self-imposed walls that have been built around you. With truth, honesty, integrity and determination, you can break through the trepidation and fear of the unknown, this illusion, and confusion.

So then, at what point does one become satisfied with their lot? Can you ever be content? Must you have the bigger house or car … because you cannot impress me by trying to keep up with the ‘Jones-es’. Does the millionaire strive for the next million because they want to, or feel they need and have to?

Understand I would never state, that you should not attempt to reach your personal dreams, but wish to plant within your heart the seeds of truth, so that the real reasons for doing so will flourish and bloom. Because, when you are content, you are more able to base decisions and life choices on reality rather than desire, because desire tricks the mind and dulls your senses, with greed, jealousy, infatuation, deceit and lies.

Please do not be unsure of what I state here as the comfort zone of living is different from what you feel within yourself. When you are still, and are bearing witness to the love that is both you and I, there is no greater comfort zone in existence. When your heart realizes you are one with mine, words cannot truly describe.

So, as you live out your days, months, and years, what do you actually strive and wish for? Is it simply a hot meal, friendship, work, to fulfill ambitions, perhaps start a family, even make a discovery … or perhaps it is to be rich and/or famous? Understand that the clothes your body wears, the car you drive, the house in which you lay your head down to sleep at night, are all side issues.

Your true wealth is in your personality and character as I have discussed upon many occasions. No one will remember you for how much money you had earned or spent, but numerous hearts will eternally remember your kindness, compassion and forgiveness as your soul makes its way through karma and time.

I will often see those who step away from their comfort zones in terms of knowledge and wisdom, to display courage and conviction in coming to the aid of another soul or being. Comprehend that I do not just mean physically, but also upon different levels and dimensions accessed in deep sleep or even meditation. Know that countless good deeds are carried out upon and within the ethereal planes too.

Therefore, when your heart is open, you can and will experience what you think are connections or those serendipity ‘moments’. By reflecting upon them, one can comprehend that you are indeed all guided, watched over, aided and abetted more than you could ever hope, dream or wish for. Remember; come away from the aged old way of thinking and believing that you are always the ‘doer’.  

Perhaps though, after you have digested these words upon your heart and mind, you may feel that life is somehow passing you by. Has the routine of daily living become a grind? Do you feel that there is (or can be) no escape from the sojourn of your soul which you yourself have made?

Please listen to me, as there is always a way forward if you can believe, hope, and pray there is. I will assist you through my light hierarchy whenever and wherever love needs or demands it. You can truly achieve your own personal goals through perseverance, confidence, and belief. If four walls cannot contain your heart, then you must comprehend that you are already free. If you are free, then what is holding you back?

Do not suppose mere circumstances dictate to you, because the power of your thoughts, (through love), can once again manifest the life you deserve to live. This indeed may involve even greater home comforts, but moreover, it is a home of kindness, simplicity, togetherness and with humility, love, and peace.

I would not state it is your duty to anyone else to become more responsible for your actions and deeds … for it is only to yourself. You are inevitably your own judge and jury on how you have conducted your pathway in this lifetime. One need never ask, “Dear God, how am I doing?”, as always, the reply received is conveyed just like the effect following the cause. 

Each day then, trust that you are strong, motivated, and full of purpose and direction. Even if you think you are weak, believe me you are not. One’s true strength can never lie in the physical stature of the body, for it is revealed through and by the passion, creativity, and truth from within your heart and soul.

Today can be the starting point for you to pick yourself up and dust yourself down. Arise now from the comfort zone of any pride or selfishness and so display the love that shines from, through and to you, without end.  

Over time, all thoughts, actions, and deeds will become selfless. By helping any other life form, you make offerings to me. This is the true sacrifice, not one involving fear, hurt, or death, but truly placed upon the altar of my heart, to be remembered forever and a day. Amen.

                                                                  SPRINGTIME  

You will often come up against situations in your life where you think you are banging your head against a brick wall, but understand that these are the times where you are not letting me work through you. If you trust me and trust in yourself you will one day realize that there is no ice too thick which cannot be broken.

No matter what trial and tribulation you face I am with you. You are never alone (as I keep reiterating to you) and if you ever think that you are, it will only be because an outside influence has tricked your mind.

Pausing for a moment, now savor the senses and wonder about the glory of it all. Isn’t the energy around you enchanting? In such stillness and peace these sights and sounds of animals, birds and insects bring an oasis of calm. Mother Nature is so beautiful, don’t you agree?

The Suns rays feel warmer still, and brighter too … shining like a mirror, as they reflect off ladybirds backs while they rest upon the wooden log nearby. Yes indeed, so much life seems to be awakening around you. No matter where you are, sense and feel it knowing this in your heart, then everything else will follow.

In each and every one of your lives, there will always be something to be done, places to be and people to meet, so please try and find time to contemplate and be ‘still’. Therefore, do not worry about the past, your yesterday, and become aware not to be driven too much by the future too. All that matters is the now, the ‘present’, for it is this gift of ‘time’ that is more precious than can be understood. What you do in the moment is more important than can be known.

When you are in this stillness one could say I am happy, so very happy. Indeed, when you sense me, the Stars appear brighter and your hearts sparkle more beautiful than all the diamonds and so called prized jewels of the world. It is these moments that are unforgettable, etched upon your Soul’s memories forever and a day … and no earthly price can be placed upon them.

Remember though, that it is important to also create a balance within your life and in work rest and play. Do not live with head and mind in the clouds for one who neglects his kith and kin or home cannot properly function. Also, in being spiritual, an aspirant or devotee of love and truth does not require you to live in a cave or become detached from those who love you.

I will always mention this even though this sounds like a record player on ‘repeat’. In fact, it will always replay what is meant to be read or heard at the correct time and place. So, what will you do with the rest of your day or evening? What words, actions or thoughts will emanate from within you? Indeed, you can all achieve so very much with the right attitude and belief, and in sharing the love and truth from your heart.

I can and will help you if you let me, without force or coercion. Together, nothing is impossible in, to, through and from love.  With certainty, this springtime heralds another opportunity to grow and shine more brightly than before so leave any winter blues in the dull of the night.

Let’s take flight together, as you are my other wing. We will soar higher and further than you ever thought imaginable. You can never fly to near the ‘Son’ as love’s rays only beckon you to shine more intensely and brightly each day (or lifetime) than you have ever done before.

Some may say the sky is the limit, in truth it is not even the start. You will know deep within you that our love is for eternity, world without end, forever Amen.

Welcome to one and all! We do hope that you are living the road of truth upon this journey you call life. Remember to try to be the best human being you can be … sharing, loving and shining  the light from your heart.

With today’s lesson, picture the scene within your heart and mind … what sounds and feelings are brought to you?

There will forever be tasks to be completed with anxiety, worry and fear as long as one does not rise above times of shadow and doubt. Time is a major factor in this, as even dark painful days of loss and bereavement become easier to bear. Understand that in those periods, memories may fade but love forever remains with, from, through and to you.

Suddenly as if right on cue a black cloud appears … you dive for cover as torrential rain and even hailstones beat down. Then, a minute later, only the sound of slight drizzle remains, trickling down the window pane … a reflection of one’s own tears when you are sad, lonely or afraid. Indeed, those tears are just the same, because you will (more often than not) subsequently see and feel more clearly. The release is an up swell of your emotions which pour from the heart, not unlike that in black passing clouds. Know that each and every one of you will experience such times … just like ‘death’ which inevitably follows your bodily birth into a denser realm and dimension.

Afterwards, like magic, quietness is unveiled as a brilliant, blue sky returns and sunlight bathes your being once more as many insects and butterflies emerge to fly upon the breeze. A robin stands upon a distant twig, shaking its feathers dry before taking flight. Even rain becomes welcome to some, as an opportunity to be cleansed.

During your days, try to overcome arrogance, irritable circumstances or situations. Like a fly which buzzes continually around the room, sometimes landing upon you, consider it no more than a minor inconvenience. But how do you react in such times? Do you let another’s habits consume your attention, or can you rise above someone else’s  traits, accepting them as no more than a reflection of your own?

Realize that you are all special, but that you each are living the life you do for a reason. Can you rise from your bed with a purpose each morning? What really drives and motivates you? Does this differ from your spouse, partner or lover? 

As billions of souls walk upon the Earth what truly unites you all? Know that it is not one currency, creed or religion. It isn’t accents, words from the tongue or color of  ones hair or eyes. In fact, it is one thing and one thing only, the language of the heart … which is ‘love’.

But what does this feel or sound like? Well, pierce the heart of any man, woman or child and it will bleed just the same. Break the heart of any man, woman, child or and the being and the same tears will fall. A cry out in pain sounds the same whether North, South, East or West. No amount of money can place a ‘band aid’ across broken dreams or promises either. 

If you can respect another’s feelings without enforcing your own, can you also deny your own desires to realize you are not alone? Know that both of these override your hidden impulses of selfishness, attachment and illusion.

On the surface you might not see it or sense this eventuality. This is because love and light is, and works upon every level, so one may benefit spiritually, emotionally, mentally or physically, .. whatever is required or needed the most.

As you contemplate such things I sense and see calmness within and around your heart. Such occasions energize your whole being. It is like being in tune with one’s self as it is here and here alone this spark of your Divinity shine everlasting upon the frequency of love.

Please comprehend that many ask me if love can be heard, or if and how it can be felt. Can you describe what love feels and sounds like? To truly grasp this is like someone trying to explain who, what, why and how I am.

Words of the tongue cannot. Sights, sounds and pleasures of the world in which your embodiment resides may try too … so how can I provide you with even an inkling of such a query?

Well, when you fall in love and look into another’s eyes, no words are exchanged. When you wipe the tear gently from your child’s cheek, your action rises above speech. When you give water to the thirsty, or give food to the hungry, know that hands are holier than lips that pray.

In each and every moment throughout your whole life, when you have felt at peace, in bliss, ecstasy or witness spectacular natural phenomenon and gasped in awe … all these together are but a fragment of both you and I.

Understand too that the stars which shine at night each produce sound and energy but can you say that you hear them? Within the air and the ether, particles of life and light swirl and majestically dance … but can you see them? Someone or something cries out in pain across the other side of the world … but can you feel them?

Appreciate that all of your senses can assist you but try not to be a slave to them. Only through the heart can the resonance and feeling of truth be heard and felt. Everything else  becomes distorted by negativity, distrust, fear and greed. (One can easily imagine finger nails being run over a blackboard causing you to wince or cringe and the comparison of relief when such noise stops).

Therefore, I urge you to uncover your ears to the truth and beauty around you, but also block out disturbing waves of the mind which distort your thoughts and connections with your heart.

Also, as I have explained before, try to do what you feel and feel what you do. Everyday you can rise to the challenge of living and shinning far beyond the four walls in which you reside.

You do not need to shout out from your castle or humble abode in which you live. Your actions will speak far louder than any words that you can say. Your helping hand can change another’s life, but it can also change your own. Remember, in serving others and society, each man, woman and country can then link hands, minds and hearts as one true Nation of the world.

One day, the sounds and feelings of this frequency of love will resonate into eternity. But for today, can you make a start to mend all hearts? Amen.

Well, the UK has had a massive dollop of snow this winter and I’m hoping that the recent batch was the last of it, even though I love the ole’ white stuff!  To be honest, I can’t wait for summer sunshine to arrive, it will put a real ‘spring’ (excuse the pun ha ha) in to everyone’s steps! 

So, as there had been so much frost, ice and snow this year we thought it would be prudent to post an excerpt from ‘Frost’, and even now it may seem  a little unseasonal, its meaning is quite profound.   Have a lovely Sunday all!

                                                 WINTERS CHILL STILL CLINGS

Welcome to thy peace and stillness of thy loving heart once more.

As the temperature drops, it brings a winters chill and forms a crisp veil of ice and snow upon the grass, just like magical silver and white glitter, sprinkled from above wherever you care to look.

With this, why not go and try something different? Go and walk barefoot upon the lawn and see how it makes you feel. At first, your feet may be shocked by the coolness but sensations rising up through you will make you feel truly alive.

Those tiny sound vibrations, as your weight squashes the icy and snow particles below you, actually echo and reverberate upon many levels. So to, as the chill is recognised and rises up into the realization of your brain, it instantaneously alerts you to the drastic change in temperature.

Then, once you have left the grass, the exact opposite occurs as you’re feet start to respond from the numbness. It might feel strange, but you’ll certainly feel both alert and uplifted.

In comparison to your feet, how often do you bear your sole (’s)/soul to sudden changes of your surroundings? What conditions are you prepared to expose yourself to? Just like the frosty lawn, would you undertake these, experiencing the rawness, so the soul can be immersed in new challenges and ways of being?Only you can determine and answer such things.

What one must do is to be honest with oneself as you endeavour to walk upon your own ‘sole(s)’ path. Then, whenever you reach that time to cross over, there will be no pause to reflect and wish for the chance to turn back any regrets and erase those wishes and doubts of so-called missed opportunities. 

To do so, is like viewing the steps taken and left behind upon the frosted (or snow filled) lawn. They seem to be the real tracks which leave a residue of where you have been, but the difference here though is that unless you walk in, through, from and to love … the experiences will eventually fade, just like those footprints which have been melted away as the sun (and son) rises above you.

So, how can you leave a more permanent legacy then? What reminder can be stored within friends, family and neighbours hearts and minds? The answer isn’t found in your home, car or your possessions accumulated upon the earth. No, the only thing that is real and permanent is your love, which is portrayed through your character and personality.

As I have explained so many times, try to be self-less, not selfish and live with those true human qualities such as truth, non-violence and righteousness.Understand that I do not command you to be anything but what you already are, and only by understanding and knowing your true self, can you reflect your true essence and Divinity.

Therefore, with your day now set into motion, what choices have you already made? Have you earmarked your time (24/7) to embark upon the toils of the world, or can you set aside a moment for you, me … us?

One cannot or should not underestimate the time spent within peace and reflection, especially in the era of such a fast paced and demanding society of which you are all a part. Remember, be a part of the world but do not believe you are actually separate (and apart) from me and your true self.

Realize too that one’s surroundings may appear dull and withered during winter, so it is prudent to view with and through different lenses. Unlike 3D glasses which attempt to imitate real life upon a TV screen, if you can look and feel with your heart  it will bring new and pleasant surprises each and every day.

Birds still fly and sing, while a tree even without leaves, draws one to the beauty of its bark. Also, when conditions are just right, a full moon in the cold of a frosty night, will cause the rooftops to shimmer and shine like mirrors, while hedge rows and verges sparkle like star-dust as car headlights compete with nature’s rays of light.

Appreciate that as you make your way through the journey of your soul, there will be those whose hearts are frozen too. Coming across such individuals or groups of people, with chilled emotions may often prove to be difficult, but try to see these not as obstacles and challenges, but as opportunities to melt hardened feelings with kindness and gratitude.

Other may appear to be difficult to talk too, work or become friends with  … and these resemble hearts coated in candy sugar. They are both very sweet and nice, but under this exterior layer, lurks the anger, frustration and often fears inside which reside there. Or, the heart is plainly good and a joy to be around, but a thin protective shield around it wants to stop many emotions, thoughts and feelings from entering, thus preferring a self-imposed solitude upon itself.

One must be delicate, treading carefully when interacting with a heart like this, some are so fragile from their own grief or pain, or in their own struggle to make sense of life and the world, that one sharp word, action or thought, can crack the ice, penetrating deep within.

Try then to refrain from attempting to break this too soon; and not force attitudes or beliefs upon another, as all life must have the choice of whom, what or why they believe in something or someone.

So, those hearts require gentle thawing instead, so their own development can begin to flourish, just like the flower bulb peering through the surface of the ground as and when spring appears. Why not ask yourself, “Am I prepared? Do I wish to learn and grow within and ‘without’ this mortal coil?”

Just like an overcoat which wants to protect you from the cold, the body wants to adjust and adapt to its different situations and conditions it finds itself in. And if your too hot, you will sweat, perspiring and releasing what is not required from the body too.

Know that the soul also wishes to find balance, removing karmic debt where it can so that the overcoat (body) will no longer be required. Do not think as one being exposed but rather that you are a living, burning flame of such strength, that any so called idol hands or hearts can find healing, direction and purpose.

And therefore, realize that my love lights the way for you when all other lights have dimmed or faded away. The cold and frost is but a temporary condition, so move forward now, in the knowing that warmth and comfort is but a heart beat away. Amen.

                                                    JESUS – The Lord Our Teacher

JESUS – The Lord Our Teacher …  with guidance and love to you all.

Welcome dear ‘children’ of love and light, that’s it, sit down. All are received here for truth, love and liberty.

Know that our hearts are like the many rooms of an immeasurable house, my Father’s House. If you can imagine a very large mansion, you may think that you would forget some of these rooms wouldn’t you? But he doesn’t, for he knows where each of his children resides, each and every minute of the day.

You might get lost or confused inside such a large place with all these different rooms, levels and floors of experience. You learn and you yearn both for knowledge and wisdom yet these must come from your own experiences. Patience little ones, for as some of you know, you cannot learn any more than the level that you have reached.

Trust in love and love the trust that my Father has instilled in each and every one of you. Open your eyes, your physical eyes, and those of your mind, Soul and heart too. Then and only then, your true vision will be seen. Yes, seen more clearly, felt more dearly and understood with true love. No guilt, no pretense and no sitting on the proverbial fence.

You gather here because of love and the sharing of such far beyond these four walls. No box can contain or hide what is meant to be opened and free to flow to where it is meant to go. Hearts are entwined like the ivy that wraps around the tree. The ivy clings to the tree and wants to climb to the top, to reach the light. Likewise you also wish to climb and also reach out, for the ‘tree of life’ that is around and yet also within you too.

The bark of the tree enables you to grip and stay in place, so the light can reflect and radiate from within and from your face. A smile, (yes that’s right), so be happy for you are all from the seed and this can be revealed by an eternal ‘trace’.

Time can be so important yet it can mean nothing at all. Thousands of tomorrows, no need to beg, steal or borrow. You are all given what you need and required to experience physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Some things are of course your own tests; while others are for what you can do for your fellow ‘hearts’ along the way. Balance is the key and your love is the door, to be opened and enable you to search no more.

Where each of you come from do not worry or concern yourselves, for no matter how different you all appear to be, you are the same, yes all the  same to your ‘Father’ and to me. Precious, like flowers and the drops of the rain, which bring sustenance and nourishment but is it not in vain? You’ll glow, radiate and spiral around, for love, true love, knows no bounds.

You’ll also reach out and search both far and wide, over seas and the land and you’ll look to the sky. Sometimes there’ll be pain and sometimes there’ll be joy and the gift of a new born child is indeed not a toy. With a chance to fulfill and to also instill, find the love from above, taking flight like a dove.

Angels and Archangels in Heaven and on Earth, both look and assist the meek and the mirth. Some are below and some are above, all with their ‘work’ from the Lord and our God. To aid and assist you in all that you do, be glad, be safe, for He and I are in you. Go North, South, East and West, just try to do all, with love and your best.
And so……

Different rooms of the house, but hearts are all safe,

For God has enveloped, and surrounded you with a ‘fate’.

For you are all ‘from’ and  yet return unto Him,

So rejoice and all sing, just like love in a hymn.

Indeed, you will all grow as I have just said,

so just try to believe and rise up from your bed.

Whether its morning or noon, perhaps evening or night,

The days that you walk will remain always bright.

For the ‘Son’ forever glows, and is deep within all hearts,

And can never be extinguished or be divided into parts.

As each segment, each band, and vibration or sound,

Is eternal and as stated, true love knows no bounds.

Know each day is a link and the chain keeps you all,

No ‘separation and division’, or an ‘unearthly’ fall.

So even if your life then hits a new low,

Call unto your ‘Father’, but he already knows.

… of what you require and what you would like,

To happen and ‘emerge’, yes from ‘within’ and out life.

Just ‘be’ and then ask with all of your heart,

For the Lord he knows too, of what’s right from the start.

Know the teacher is no man or with a false text,

but is the light and the love and its ‘within’ that’s the test.

So justify the why and then hear the call,

To know then dear ‘children’, you can never, ever fall.

Just be ‘still’; be still … for you are the ‘Divine’,

And you are all ‘one’… and each are all mine.

Not a possession cast aside or washed up by the tide,

For the crown of my heart I give you freely, openly and I will never, ever hide. 

LOVE ALL … ALL LOVE.

AMEN

Remember, you have the power to reaffirm the love within you, so that all those who cross your path see the truth which shines inside your heart.

Crossing over to the light

There are many people and Souls who have set aside a space in their hearts to contemplate and debate the Easter ‘period’. For some, these days will roll into one another, time ticking, and the hands of a clock constantly turning. Others will perhaps, find their faith and trust and hope renewed, yes … reborn, and you could say ‘resurrected’.

These words do not mean that I favor any one faith or religion from any land or country to be greater or more purposeful than another. Those type of thoughts are within man’s consciousness and brain, but bear no relevance within a heart of love and truth.

None the less, no matter what color, creed, nationality and religion, or even whether you are male or female in bodily garment, all may utilize these words of guidance and sustenance.

So, as you all go about your daily tasks within your life, time is becoming more precious. Each family home across the globe ‘houses’ new whirlwinds of pressure, stress, confusion and this leads to friction, unhappiness and  uncertainty between all members of society.

Therefore, please use this moment to pause and reflect and to evaluate your reasons for being and living. Desires need to be reigned in and not expanded beyond one’s control. Understand though that I do not state that you should not be comfortable in your life. All should be, for there is enough of ‘everything’ for every man, woman and child upon the earth.

Rather each person and each Soul should realize that by continually striving for more money to buy ‘things’, it will only mean that more work is required. It is self perpetuating and can be destructive as the exterior tries to subdue the interior you. Shadows of doubt and confusion can then attempt to block out the light which leads you God-ward (inward), where all your true needs are met.

Okay, moving on now. So having mentioned ‘resurrection’, this day will forever be remembered as when Jesus had ‘died’. I do not need you to believe this, as those decisions are yours and yours alone. But know as Jesus cried out, “Father, Why hast thou forsaken me?” that I suffered too, just as he did … because a mother or father feels the all pain when their child is hurting.

As this is so, you know that you are never alone, separate or ever divided from me. I am with you constantly within your joy or sadness, your failings and in all your triumphs too. I am but only a thought away and my help, my love; my embrace is there for you.

I will then arrive in a smile, in your laughter or by a helping hand to lift you up. I am with you in the sunrise as the light shines upon your face, or within the breeze and the wind that cools your skin. I will be the water that quenches your thirst so remember in all ways, that I am always with and within you. All you have to do is to believe and to ask me.

For some however, I still remain a mystery, an enigma or even fictitious. Yes, in countless different languages and spoken tongue these are the hearts who cannot currently ‘see’, for they are temporarily blinded by false fear and illusion.

But one day, all will see clearly with the eyes of body, mind and Soul as ‘one’, just as they should be. I will be known in all walks of life by all hearts because truth will prevail. ‘Light’ will pierce the darkness and rise up through despair and confusion. Just as Jesus arose from the tomb of ‘death’, so you will all know of peace, bliss and self realization.

This is your goal for one and all. You can remove the cloak and veil of death and fear. You can be free from the treadmill of rebirth. You can achieve this but know your will is always free.

I ask you all, please, from the flames of the fire that burn brightly within you, know this simple truth. Like a candle that shines in a darkened room I can be seen in all directions so you will never need to ask where I am. Likewise, and as I have said before, I am not outside or inside of you but am all of you.

Remember another simple analogy too, and consider me as both a spoonful of sugar and also a glass of water. If the two were then mixed together you would not be able to see the sugar. So, does it mean the sugar does not exist? Appreciate then that I am the ocean and the wave, and the wave merges constantly.

Right now I ask you to put down the burden of all of your cares. I promise you that I will pick up the crosses to bear myself. Put your trust in me and trust in yourself to move forward into the light with the shadows of doubt falling further behind you each day.

Symbolically too, may the crown of thorns prick your mental consciousness … bursting the balloon of any inflated ego’s that tarnish the Souls brightness. May the blood from Christ’s limbs flow through your own veins and thus bring the light of the ‘SON’ to your hearts. May his body that bore the sins for the world be a reminder that I will always forgive and love you. It is for you all that need to forgive and love each other.

So too, may the robe which was ‘wrapped’ around the Lord, be known as the blanket of truth and protection. I have placed this around you all, each and every one of you. Even in your darkest hour, feel its warmth and love that will always flow and envelope you, because it is only a thought away. I am I … and I am you and you are me. Indeed the Father, the Son and the Holy ghost.

There is so much more for you all to learn and we have barely scratched the surface. Know this, just like the phoenix which rises from the ashes, that this minute, this hour and this very day can be the new you, the new beginning of your life.

The power of the physical body can never compare with the essence and the power that is the ‘immeasurable’ within you. Resurrect it, nourish it, cherish it and believe it and your life will truly be fulfilled. Amen

Welcome to all for this Sunday’s post, where you’ll find Spiritual education and guidance for your heart and soul.

Realize that you are all special, but that you are each living the life you do for a reason. So, can you arise from your bed with a purpose each morning? What really drives and motivates you? Does this differ in any way from your spouse, partner, or lover? 

Indeed, as billions of souls walk upon the Earth, what truly unites you all? It is not one currency, creed, or religion, it is not accents, words from the tongue or even the color of ones hair or eyes. No, it is one thing and one thing only; it is the only true language of the heart, and that is ‘love’.

However, what does this feel or sound like? Well, if you pierce the heart of any man, woman, child or being, it will bleed just the same. Break the heart of one or all, and the same tears will fall as a cry of pain sounds the same, whether from North, South, East, or West. Understand that no amount of money can place a ‘band aid’ across broken dreams or promises. 

Ask yourself, if you could respect someone else and their feelings, without enforcing your own, and could you also then deny your own desires, to know you are also not alone? Remember that both of these override your hidden impulses of selfishness, attachment, and illusion.

On the surface, you might not see it or sense this eventuality. This is because love and light is, and works upon, every level … so one may benefit spiritually, emotionally, mentally or physically. You will always receive whatever is required or needed the most.

Now, as you contemplate upon such things, I sense and see calmness within and around your heart. Such occasions energize your whole being for it is like being in tune with one’s self. Know that it is here and here alone, this spark of your Divinity shines everlasting upon the frequency of love.

Many ask me if this could ever be heard, or if, and how, you could feel it too. Can you describe what love feels and sounds like? Appreciate that to truly grasp this is like someone trying to explain who, what, why, and how I am but mere words of the tongue cannot. Sights, sounds, and pleasures of the world in which your embodiment resides may also try, and so … could I provide you with even an inkling and answer of such a query?

Well, when you fall in love and look into another’s eyes, words do not need to be exchanged. When you wipe the tear gently from your child’s cheek, your action rises above speech. When you give water to the thirsty, or food to the hungry, know that hands are holier than lips that pray. In each and every moment throughout your whole life, when you have felt at peace, in bliss, ecstasy, or witness spectacular natural phenomenon and gasped in awe, even all these put together are but a fragment of both you and I … and of true love.

Understand too, that the stars which shine at night produce both sound and energy, but can you say that you hear and know them? Within the air and the ether, particles of life and light swirl and majestically dance, but can you say see them? Someone (or something) across the other side of the world may also cry out in agony or pain too, but can you truly feel them?

Remember that all of your senses can assist you, but try not to become a slave to them. Only through your heart can the resonance and feeling of truth be heard and felt. Everything else becomes distorted by negativity, distrust, fear, and greed. Try to picture or imagine the sound of fingernails being run down a blackboard, causing you to wince or cringe … with the comparison of relief, when such a noise stops.

So I urge you to uncover your ears to the truth and beauty around you, but also try to block out those disturbing waves of the mind, which distort your thoughts and connections with your heart. As I have explained before, try to do what you feel and feel what you do, but know that every day you can rise to the challenge of living and shining, far beyond the walls in which you reside.

You do not need to shout out from your castle, or from the humble abode in which you live, because your actions will speak far louder than any words that you can say. Realize that your helping hand can change another’s life, but it can also change your own too. In serving others and society, each man, woman, and country can then link hands, minds, and hearts as one true Nation of the world.

One day, the sounds and feelings of this frequency of love will resonate into eternity. So, beginning with this day, I ask what difference could you make,  to start to mend all hearts? Amen.
